Subject to your approval of the terms, conditions, and any relevant notices, your agreements, and consent applies to ALL pages or sections of this Website. When you purchase any/all products from this site, you automatically agree to the following terms and services listed below:

 

RIGHTS:
You remember and acknowledge that we allow visible access to copyrighted content, trademarks, and other intellectual/proprietary rights, your use of our content is regulated by this Visitor Agreement between us and you, the customer.

YOUR LIMITED RIGHTS:
For your personal, non-commercial/non-profit use, you are free to view and publicly share the products received through our site via social media or any other online platforms. However, you recognize that you, the customer can NOT steal, copy, or mimic the contents of our products and claim it as your own without the prior permission of the holder of trademarked rights (XLAID officials). Any requests for permission to reproduce and distribute materials on our website should be sent to xlaidshopcontact@gmail.com

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE:

• If you damage the product AFTER USE 

• If you misplace or lose the product

• If you mistype your shipping address

WHAT WE COLLECT: 
We DO collect any personal information given by the customer upon purchase or subscription such as:
addresses, card information, names, emails... etc

WE DO NOT SHARE: 
Under any circumstances, we do NOT share any of the private information given by customers without WRITTEN consent (including E-mail). The information collected by customers is for use that benefits us and the customer. NOT to be shared by ANY outside parties.

 

RETURN AND CANCELATIONS:

Refunds can only be made PRIOR to shipping (can take up to two weeks). Once any and all products have been shipped, all sales are final and there will be NO refunds given back to the customer. You may cancel anytime an order BEFORE you are given a shipping confirmation E-mail for the full refund.

SHIPPING:

There is no additional charge to the customer for shipping as shipping will be paid for by XLAID. Shipping may take up to two weeks, as most of our products are large and may require special accommodations. Upon purchase of any of our products, the customer will receive an order confirmation E-mail. Once the item has been shipped, the customer will then receive another E-mail confirming their order has been shipped, and attached is a tracking number.
